Efficient and very informative employees in terms of customer service besides the Receptionist. Newly remodelled and nicely furnished units with extra bed. Lots of different restaurants and bars to eat outside the hotel❤😃

First of all, what I liked the most was the room, it has an old decoration but it was comfortable for our stay, since we were three people, my partner and daughter of 19 years old and each one perfectly had his space and privacy. On the other hand, the breakfast was abundant and perfect to start the day with energy and, it is necessary to emphasize that there are waiters in charge of serving coffee, juice and water attentive and willing. I also highlight the predisposition of the administration, the only thing that if they recommend the restaurant ''Strega'', do not go. And finally, the location is excellent, near supermarkets, tourist spots, Termini train station, subway station and bus stops.
The only thing I didn't like about the place was the shower, which was covered up and although the cleaning staff took care of it, the same thing happened again. And also, that during the night or in the morning the noise of people arriving or leaving rumbled in the room because the floors are made of ceramic.

The 24/7 reception was a lifesaver for our late check-in, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage while exploring Rome. The clean room with three single beds ensured a comfortable stay.

Excellent cleaning in the rooms. Hotel heated all day. Heated radiator in the bathroom. There was soap, shampoo, shower cap, hair dryer. Kettle and cups in the room. Worthy of note is the professionalism and dedication of the receptionist Alexandra. Very helpful and very good command of several languages. Very good location. Close to the train terminal and very accessible on foot to the city centre and main tourist attractions. Possibility to have a small breakfast for hotel departures before breakfast time.
There were no sugar-free or low-calorie pastries or yogurts at breakfast. The breakfast juice was very sugary. The staff at the breakfast room was very friendly but lacked professionalism in their service. . A few bags of tea or instant coffee could be placed as a courtesy in the room with the kettle. There were no teaspoons. I asked at reception and they gave me plastic ones that melted in the hot water! The foreign language TV channels were mainly news.

The location is great. Walking distance to all major Rome attractions including the Vatican. It is very close to the train station. It is inexpensive, comfortable accommodation perfect for an explore Rome city holiday. Rooms are clean, breakfast good. It is not 5 star but serves as a great base when you plan to spend the day exploring the city and evening at a close by restaurant.
It is what it is. Nothing grand but inexpensive and well located. It would not be a hotel where you would spend the day. Good bed, airconditioned, good breakfast.
